On Monday, May 11, Arthur Mitchell, renowned dancer, choreographer, director and co-founder and of the Dance Theatre of Harlem, discussed dance and how it both reflected and was a reflection of the culture of the Harlem Renaissance. He also brought a professional dancer from The Dance Theatre of Harlem who performed.
