Discussion of the book The Good Thief by Hannah Tinti. 327 pages. An orphan named Ren, raised by monks is adopted by a stranger who seems to know something about Ren's past. Ren is so likable and earnest that you can't help but hope his story ends well. The main themes are family, secrets, and what constitutes as "goodness" or right; also about friendship and growing up. Great historical fiction and adventure.
