Learn about the hottest occupations and careers in Connecticut now and over the next 8 years. Michael Shavel of the CT Department of Labor will cover current wage and salary data, employment projections, jobs in demand, training requirements, and working conditions. He will also demonstrate the Department of Labor web site, including Job & Career Connection to learn about specific occupations, identify potential schools & training programs, and potential employers. This program is ideal for those enrolled in school, recent graduates, those seeking a career change or looking for immediate employment.
