The fifth conversation in the TEAM Westport Series on Race is an open forum on the Henry Louis Gates Jr incident in Cambridge. Westport Police Chief Al Fiore will begin the session, briefly describing Westport’s approach to the kinds of issues that triggered the Cambridge incident. Harold Bailey Jr., TEAM Westport chair, says “If you have a point of view on this, we want to hear it. We hope everyone in the community takes the time to come to the Library and make his or her opinion known.” TEAM Westport is the town's official committee on multiculturalism and diversity.
