The City Winds Trio will introduce children to music and instruments of the orchestra. Crispian Fordham on flute, Meredyth Coleman on oboe, and Yuki Higashi on bassoon will play Peter and the Wolf and other children’s classical favorites to teach about rhythm and melody. Children will also have the opportunity to try an instrument and do movement games.
Note: Free tickets available in the Children’s Library beginning at 9:00 am on the day of the performance-space is limited.
