In American Flyers, a young Kevin Costner and Westporter and Staples graduate David Marshall Grant play brothers who enter "the toughest bike race in America." Poignant and beautifully shot, it was written by Steve Tesich, the author of Breaking Away. (1985, 114 minutes)
