Poet <strong><a href="http://blog.writersdigest.com/poeticasides/Exclusive+Interview+With+Poet+Kevin+Pilkington.aspx">Kevin Pilkington</a></strong>, a member of the writing faculty at Sarah Lawrence College and of the graduate department at Manhattanville College, will read selections from his poetry, including his just-released book <em>In the Eyes of a Dog.</em> He is the author of six collections including <em><a href="http://www.valpo.edu/vpr/pilkingtoninterview.html">Ready to Eat the Sky</a></em>, which was a finalist for the Independent Publishers Books Award. His collection <em>Spare Change</em> was the La Jolla Poets Press National Book Award winner and his chapbook won the Ledge Poetry Prize. A new collection entitled <em>In the Eyes of a Dog</em> is forthcoming. Over the years, he has been nominated for four Pushcarts and has appeared in Verse Daily. His poetry has also appeared in many anthologies including <em>Birthday Poems: A Celebration</em>, <em>Western Wind</em>, and <em>Contemporary Poetry of New England</em>.

<strong>Marie Howe</strong> is author of <em>The Good Thief</em>, which was selected by Margaret Atwood for
the National Poetry Series, <em>What the Living Do</em> (1997), and the co-editor of a book of essays, <em>In the Company of My Solitude: American Writing from the AIDS Pandemic </em>(1994). Her poems have also appeared in <em>The New Yorker</em>, <em>The Atlantic</em> and other magazines. She is the recipient of NEA and Guggenheim Fellowships.  Currently, Howe teaches creative writing at Sarah Lawrence College, Columbia, and New York University.

Honor Moore is the author of two collections of poems, <em>Darling</em> and <em>Memoir</em>, and of <em>The White Blackbird </em>—a life of her grandmother, the painter Margaret Sargent, a <em>New York Times </em>Notable Book.  Her play <em>Mourning Pictures </em>was produced on Broadway, and her edition of the selected poems of Amy Lowell was published by the Library of America.
