New York Online Access to Health (NOAH) provides comprehensive resources
for those interested in alternative medicine and therapy. Also available
in Spanish.

Searchable health information service offered by Andrew Weil, a Harvard-trained
doctor specializing in alternative medicine, mind/body interactions,
and medical botany.
HerbMed
Those interested in scientific information about medicinal herbs will
find it at this site. The Alternative Medicine Foundation presents
plain English summaries of Medline research article abstracts (with
links to the original) as well as links to traditional and folk use
reports. The information includes warnings about toxicity, adverse
effects, drug interactions, and contraindications, etc. Searchable;
herbs are listed alphabetically.

remedies, family health and diet.
Rosenthal
Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine
The Rosenthal Center is one of thirteen centers funded by the National
Institutes of Health to study alternative medicine. The site has information
about current research and practice of complementary and alternative
medicine, and a special page dealing with pediatric and adult cancer
therapies. There are categorized and annotated links to lay and professional
sites.
WholeHealthMD
This searchable site's focus is combining the best of conventional
medicine with alternative therapies to help the body strengthen and
then heal itself. The Healing Center has approximately 100 chronic
conditions with a message from a physician, basic information, symptoms,
causes, and treatment. Sections include: The Healing Kitchen, Reference
Library and a News and Perspective section that discusses the latest
research from around the world.
