The
Weather Channel
From the TV Weather Channel people. You can access current conditions
and forecasts for U.S. cities and towns (many with links
to radar maps), as well as most places in the rest of the world (choose
The Weather from the side menu).
United
States Weather Pages
Weather information for the United States, searchable by zip code
or location, among other options. The home page has severe weather
statements; links to an almanac; a glossary with definitions of meteorological
terms, such as dew point and transit; an event planner with predictions
of probable conditions at future dates; and a very useful QuickCast
feature which gives detailed information for specific locations. This
includes current temperature, precipitation, wind speed, the National
Weather Service forecast, radar and satellite maps, and sun and moon
rise and set times and phases.
