As I had mentioned in my previous blog, the Louisiana State Fiddle Championship took place this past weekend at the Natchitoches-Northwestern State University Folk Festival. Fiddling is not just a southern avocation. I have to share this short video from the Fiddlers Contest in Newbury, Vermont on Friday, July 20.
