As Halloween approaches, parents everywhere are making costumes, decorating their homes and buying lots of treats for the upcoming day. On Wednesday, October 28, 2009, the Westport Halloween parade for children commences at 3:00 p.m. at the Westport YMCA and finishes at 4:00 p.m. at Westport Town Hall Green.
