Meeting Rooms
Have a meeting, get together to study, or collaborate with clients or colleagues in one of the Library’s free meeting spaces. Rooms for up to 5 people are available at the main circulation desk on a first-come, first-served basis, reserved in person on the day of use. Conference rooms for up to 125 are available with advance reservations by calling 203.291.4858.

PLEASE NOTE: The person whose name is above is to be in attendance at the event and is responsible for following the Westport Library Meeting Room Policy, Rules, and Procedures. No date shall be considered confirmed until this form is submitted. Any flyers announcing your meeting need to be approved by the Library in advance; failure to do so could result in room cancellation. Submit flyers to MarySue Waterman at mwaterman [at] westportlibrary [dot] org.
Conference Rooms: Three conference rooms, which can each comfortably seat five people, are also available during Library hours. They are located on the Main Level, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. They may be booked in-person at the Circulation Desk. Amenities include free WiFi and wireless printing, plus the convenient Library Café.
